Face Clinic Appointments that Keep You Safe During the Coronavirus Pandemic

Face clinic and all semi-permanent make-up treatments alongside other ‘close contact’ services require the client to be in close proximity to the person carrying out the treatment.

It is acknowledged that during a treatment the normal recommended two metre social distancing separation cannot be reasonably maintained. However we always do our part to keep you safe and we adhere to all safety measures within the face clinic and semi-permanent industry. – We will provide specific instructions upon booking regarding the entrance and exit arrangements in each of our studios. This will help minimise contact between arriving and leaving clients. – We require that you arrive at your appointment time and not earlier or later than the time allocated. – We require that you let us know as soon as possible before your appointment if you, or somebody you live with displays common symptoms of Covid-19. You will be asked to reschedule your appointment at no charge. – Our practitioners will wear additional protective equipment such as masks, shields and gloves. Regular handwashing will also take place. If you have any further requests to allow us to accommodate your appointment, please don’t hesitate to ask.
